Assembly Bill 195: English Language Learners

NRS 388.406, Rights of English Learners (ELs)
Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 388.406, Rights of English Learners (ELs) requires all districts to develop policies to support and improve academic outcomes for ELs. The NRS extends school districts' responsibility to collect and report data on ELs, aiming to enhance transparency and accountability in the education they provide.
