A Letter From the Principal

Hello Parents,

Student safety is always a concern here at Thiriot E.S. We have noticed that several of our students are in danger each day before and after school due to parents not driving safely. We have reached out to school police for help with this concern.

You will be receiving a document that includes a list of the statutes which govern traveling in a school zone and the drop off and pick up procedures at our school. Following the statutes and the procedures will help us keep all of our students safe. Please read through the document and let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for assisting with this situation.

2019-2020 Registration

The Clark County School District requires all parents register their children for the 2019-2020 school year using an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. No student is automatically registered for the upcoming school year.

If you do not have your username/password or your parent password needs to be reset, come by the school office (9:30 am to 2:30 pm). You need to bring an ID card to get your login information.

After completing online registration, bring the following items to the school office to finish the registration process:

  • Online registration number

  • Proof of residency. This can be a current utility bill (gas, power, or water bill) or a lease agreement. Telephone and cable bills will not be accepted.

  • Parent/legal guardian ID

  • If you live with someone and do not have a utility bill in your name, a Residential Affidavit must be filled out and notarized.

  • Birth certificates and immunization records are required for all new students incoming to CCSD.
